What products can ELV Supply help source?
We focus on low-voltage and ELV project materials, including structured cabling, networking infrastructure, CCTV and security products, access control, cabinets, power accessories, installation materials, and OEM/ODM related products.
Can you work from a BOM or project list?
Yes. A BOM or project list is the best starting point. We can review the list, identify missing details, clarify quantities and specifications, and help consolidate different product categories into a more practical sourcing plan.
What information should I include in an RFQ?
Please include product category, quantity, target application, destination country, expected timeline, certification requirements, preferred brand or standard, and any drawings, photos, datasheets, or existing BOM details.
Do you support OEM or ODM customization?
Yes, for suitable products and order volumes. We can help coordinate customization discussions such as labeling, packaging, parameters, appearance, and project-specific requirements. Final feasibility depends on the product and supplier confirmation.
Can you provide certificates such as CE, FCC, or RoHS?
Some supply options may have relevant certificates, but certification must be confirmed by exact product model and supplier document. We do not assume certification before checking the actual product file.
Do you keep stock for all products?
Not all items are stock products. Some are standard supply items, some require supplier confirmation, and some OEM/ODM items need production lead time. We confirm availability after receiving your RFQ details.
How do you handle quality control?
We support practical order follow-up and basic check coordination where possible, including specification confirmation, packing checks, and shipment documentation. Inspection depth should be agreed based on order value and product risk.
Can you consolidate products from multiple suppliers?
Yes. BOM consolidation is one of our key services. We can coordinate multiple product categories, reduce scattered communication, and help prepare consolidated shipments when it is practical for the project.
Which countries can you ship to?
We support global supply and coordinate export logistics based on destination, product type, volume, timeline, and buyer requirements. Shipping route and cost are confirmed after product and order details are clear.
Can you support projects located in China?
Yes. For overseas companies with China-based projects, we can discuss local ELV engineering support, installation coordination, supervision, debugging support, and project subcontracting needs.
How quickly can I receive a quotation?
Simple requests can usually be reviewed faster. Complex BOMs, OEM/ODM items, certificates, and multi-supplier projects need more clarification. Clear project information helps shorten the response time.
How should I send files or drawings?
Submit the contact form first, then send attachments to [email protected] or via WhatsApp. This keeps the project request traceable and avoids losing important files in scattered messages.
